Telephone: 01425 652462Tim & Kay Eyre and staff welcome drinkers and diners to a traditional Forest pub where 'home made' means made on the premises.Tim, the landlord, originally trained as a master butcher and now uses these skills in the kitchen. He personally cuts all our steaks and makes all our 1/2lb steak-burgers and sausages on the premises. The Fighting Cocks was built in approximately 1927 alongside the old thatched building which was demolished to make way for the new road. The pub is ideally located for walkers, cyclists and horse riders on a day out in the New Forest, or for those who want a leisurely drink or meal while enjoying the view across the heathland.Website: THE FIGHTING COCKS
